If there is a cash component to the potential Wee MacGregor deal, then that could be used to fund the next round of drilling for Horse Well. Given how expensive HW drilling is, it would save massive dilution. They've talked about needing to do a wedge off hole 8 and testing the source of the mag anomaly at pernatty. Or if the recon/chips in Canada is highly prospective, use the cash to fund the initial drill program there.
Technical traders might be looking to close that gap at .5c on the daily chart in the short term.
