Recently purchased a decent chuck of CHK after doing a fair bit of research of the company / tenaments etc.

My reasons why I like really like this stock atm is as follows:-

1.) The Chief Executive Officer / Director - Andrew Graham is also currently at present an Executive Director for LLI (Loyal Lithium Ltd) who are a Lithium Explorer in Quebec also with a large amount of tenaments through out. Andrew will have the expertise, connections and also very good knowledge / understanding of the Quebec region.

2.) Over the coarse of las
t year the Directors have been buying up and accumulating a fair amount of shares within the company. This is great sign of confidence.

3.) The tenaments are being acquired in return for 50,000,000 CHK shares along with additional performance shares which is also a strong sign that the owners are confident about the project.

4.) Our current market cap $8M is at its all time lowest and is very very cheap IMO. Don't think will retrace from this point much given the news flow iminent from now till the end of the year. When you compare other neighbours close by. To name a few:-
    GT1 - $181M MC
    RCK - $215M MC (AUD)
    ILI - $22M MC (AUD)
    BRW - $150M MC (AUD)
    CRR - $78M MC

IMO - We could at least 2-3 bag in the short term with in addition on the news of any hints of lithium from rock chip samples etc. Could easily see us around the $30 - $40M market cap (4-5 bag) very very quickly once the market wakes up to this stock.

5.)The new 4x lithium tenaments being acquired are located within great positions very close to other big lithium players. Especially in particular "The Gathering Lake Lithium Project" as if you look up available data / literature you will find that spodumene-bearing pegmatites of this area were first discovered in 1955 with the majority of historical exploration occurring between 1955 - 1958. Many of these pegmatites were drill tested in 1955 and 1956 with some additional drilling occurring in the 1980's and 1990's. The majority of pegmatites are hosted by Archaen metasediments near large peraluminous granites and are lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) type pegmatites with strong potential for other rare elements such as niobium, tantalum, rubidium, beryllium and caesium.

6.) As a condition of the aquisition they have received "firm and irrevocable" commitments from "sophisticated investors" for the placement of $350,000,0000 fully funded shares at a premium of .005c!!! to fund the Aquisition and exploration works through out the rest of the year. So no cap raise required until next year.

This to me looks to be the exact same play as GMN and many other lithium plays on the market at the moment which did the exact same thing and then has already bagged with out hardly any news at all and is continuing to soar. The lithium sector is extremely hot right now.

Won't take long for the market to catch on to this one and for us to 2-3 bag in the short term with the current tenaments / Andrew Graham steering the ship.

This is all IMO. DYOR and GLTAH
