I can't see how it would have any effect on RES as a small cap stock. The current shitty price is the result of very low volume trading and the majority of RES is owned by a small number of shareholders that don't seem interested in selling their shares.
worst case I can see is it scares people off buying the shares and increasing the price rapidly, so it just hovers at this insanely low price for a bit.

as long as a global recession doesn't affect the funding, it's business as usual and big dividends in about 8yrs for the rest of us.
