Ah the good old, "bugs are normal" theory being sledged around here.
Albeit yes they are normal to most for a reason, human mistakes in software design and coding.

For mine, it comes down to poor coding documentation and/or poor management/ coder relationship.
Having been at the coalface of a few APP developments, this is a common occurance, left hand doesn't get the right hand syndrome.

Poor testing environments, poor and outdated scripts, time decay/time requirements/pressures, late changes, lack of BETA test workers, the reasons are truly endless but all come down to client/ developer relationship and/or lack of synergy.

The Thred APP design, look and feel I must say is aesthetically of quite a poor standard, and is a true reflection IMO of the backend coding protocol standards here with visual tools, class libraries, compilers, scripting tools and so forth creating endless bugs without true environment testing.

Sloppy development produces sloppy outcomes.
It simply should not have been released under these circumstances IMO.

I don't mind the APP itself, but is nothing really new and poorly executed so far.
