Some misreading here on some posts, no one is suggesting preventive action by the Board but alternative or mitigation strategies, that is the role of the Board and senior management, not business as usual, asleep at the wheel and focus on the remuneration report. Now it is far too late for any remedial action just post fact market updates and such, and the customary sympathy from some retail investors rather than answers. Contemporary business survival depends on a recognition and understanding of global factors including international supply chain vagaries.
