The usual sloppy management/boardroom stuff. An announcement that has that many loose ends, who would know how long it will survive?

Hanging on approvals, issues with the ASX, etc etc.

They all lack the management skills to be controlling an ASX listing - history proves my point.

A company in suspension and a strong chance will remain so - eventually being relisted under a totally different banner, probably a microcap mining startup.

That is normally where these listings finish up.
