Fair Value determination for the purposes of the half-year financial report included these important headings

(1) Fair value maintained at $97M ($34 per LLC preference share);

(2) Fair value assessed using a variety of scenarios and methodologies; AND

(3) The Trust Company is committed to ensure rights of SPS Unitholders are appropriately recognised in any transaction.


This is a satisfying acknowledgement of many things. For me it is the reward for persistence and staying true to the cause. Next comes the financial rewards. Watch this space.
