Yes I found the valuation rather artificial as it depends on a huge discount rate. If Andrew Price gets in and makes PPX profitable within 2 years I reckon the discount rate should quickly come down (as some as there is some evidence that Price is turning it around)and the valuation should soar.
Perhaps the Trust should have done an alternative valuation on the basis that Price gets it.
