According to these boards every company with a depressed share price is subject to manipulation by a ruthless cabal of people who understand that the share price should be many times higher. What's less clear is why buyers don't simply step up if that's the case. On what appears on the sell side at the moment a $30k buy order would take this to 5 cents.
