PPX vs PXUPA is rapidly becoming a zero-sum game. Holding both PPX and PXUPA seems illogical to me.

One approach that should now seriously worry you is 'white Knight' swooping in providing the cash and leaving PPX holders with much diluted equity just before things turn around.

That’s free markets, and I especially note this for those here who constantly remind me of the “market price” of PXUPA without acknowledging all the forces at work here.

Now consider who this 'white Knight' may be and possibly you’ll see how PaperlinX can be recapitalised.

Either way, severe dilution of existing PPX holders now seems a highly likely and imminent outcome.

Don’t worry about Andrew Price. His options’ package will be passed at the AGM and it naturally covers dilution.
