    It appears you are ignoring the capital structure of PPX.Sure they can prevent distributions to PXUPA (unless PPX pays a Divi),but that is about it.Like it or not PXUPA sits above ordinary shareholders and no amount of speculation changes that fact.
    There most likely will be a compromise deal :PXUPA holds a strong hand.
