Well we all seem to think the Board will make a low ball offer which will be accepted by PPX holders and rejected by PXUPA holders. Seems a fair expectation.

Given the position of Coastal and PIGS, I cannot see a higher offer that would be acceptable to both sides unless it also involved a CR which allowed the PPX holders to maintain control. Are there any other variations which could fly?
