Nobody wants to see The company wound up. That is in no ones best interest. A class action will put the Directors on notice that they are the ones who are responsible for continuous disclosure, corporate governance and protecting shareholders interests.

I continued to invest because of their statements and assurances, which we now know were not entirely true.

I would like to see the Directors personally pay up, but they will be insured, which in a worst case scenario means shareholders get some sort of return, from the insurance company. We are still able to progress a class action, even if the company continues trading, which I hope it does.

Personally I cannot understand why we shareholders would sit back and be treated this way.
