They either have to convince friendly parties to underwrite a CR, or risk losing control by having an outside group do it
If an outside group was underwriting it, you'd rather them just hand over control and not piss the funds up the wall first having a punt in Sweden
Should be a laugh what they come up with or try to spin to holders
