It is quite chastening to re read the events leading up to the Quindell purchase and to be reminded of the stupidity, foolhardiness or whatever of the people who used such a large amount of debt and shareholders money to make such a horrible mistake. I like many others have lost a lot of money on SGH and we still ,2 years later ,have no explanation , no humility shown or reasons as to why they did it . I just want to know why. As for the fraudulent representation action against Watchstone, given the background very little chance of it flying imo.
