I'm interested in the timing of the SFO request. Clearly it is linked to Friday's announcement, I'm curious why no such demand for documents was previously made. Have the SFO been sitting on their hands, and our action has forced the issue, did we inform the SFO we had the documents before they then 'required' them.. today's announcement only states we've been required to provide the documents, and says nothing about whether we can or will, and if so, when. does that mean we should expect another announcement shortly about our intentions or actions in that regard? ag's comments to kohler about not getting what we thought we were paying for telegraphed this action a long time ago now.. it's a red herring for those here who like to talk about our stated due diligence, the multiples we said were prepared to pay for market share blah blah.. all irrelevant, if we were conned through fraud and if we can show it, then wtg is absolutely screwed.. it's not as if we can't demonstrate and quantify the consequent damage. (and mb might want to politely take whatever they can get if anything and go away too) gltah
