it is almost beginning to appear the d4e could already be being postponed, if you look back at previous announcements.. that, or there is no agreement yet on terms and timelines.. granted, the lenders might be in a strong negotiating position but who's to say there's now any urgency to do the d4e right now anyway.. people dismiss the possibility that sgh have a position to defend too, and that they may just do a fine job of doing that.. so, how would a delay to d4e suit the lenders interests, maybe it doesn't and too bad.. or maybe it does, perhaps it's in all equity holders interests that nobody is unduly alienated, thinking about he various forms a d4e could take and future capital requirements.. yep, possibly smoke and mirrors going on, and possibly its a pretty credible version of the truth beginning to emerge.. people will see what they choose to see and in the end, yes we will see.. gltah
