BP8 is essentially a shell that's been captured by brokerage firms. They have given us advance notice that they intend to shortly conduct a very substantial capital raise. I think clients of Sanlam and (possibly also) Golden Venture Capital will be getting in very cheap (1 or 2c).
I think a big dilution and share consolidation is certainly on the cards. Hopefully there's some positive news flow for current shareholders to recover some of their losses.
