Well if we do get compensation I'd wager it will be divvied up to the noteholders and then based on % shareholdings, as per the law..but great conjecture that they'll be a late fraud. I can't see a settlement of less than 400m+, so everyone will see a return... a nice one for those that bought late in the piece.
