    yep basically SDL are saying we'll accept a back door takeover of 80% of your country if you can't pay us the $8.76Billion in US currency

    but we were selling 51% of our asset to ANS for $25m

    Translation: we think this lawyers letter that cost us $2k will maybe get us a few million from some other investors now that we've lost the ANS funds
