The very strong vote “FOR” is needed for the following reason. KDR is very likely to try and stop the election of Directors James Wall (Chairman) and Greg Star (resolutions 2 and 3) which are now due. This might be a real problem for KBL if it happened.
There is also a possibility that one of the other top 20 holders might try to help KDR vote Resolutions 2 and 3 down. So guys if you are holders of KBL I would think you would want to help them as much as possible. Vote FOR.
