I think at the very least it puts KDR in a position where it will have first opportunity to negotiate with the administrator on picking up any of KBL assets. I'd imagine the mill and processing equipment would be high on it's list.

But I think we are a little ahead of ourselves at this point.. KBL could still well negotiate new funding with another party in the coming weeks. I'm more interested to know what their current "cash on hand" verses their "cash burn" is at the moment.

Interesting week ahead. KBL has their AGM and KDR are doing presentations in Sydney & Melbourne.
