If you researched the whole Press release, its about the wider lending sector, across many listed Countries, and the effects of Covid-19 and associated Government stimulus.
Why don't you ask the question to oneself, why are Share Market at ALL TIME HIGHS.......
= Government stimulus, again last night US announcing 1.2 Trillion in Infrastructure as another example, Government's will just keep printing money indefinitely = Not great for Debt financers..
