I mean… it does stick out like sore thumb on this simple chart since the options’ issuance… someone must have a sniff of something big about to happen or has confidence of such happening(s)?
That’s $144k they had to fork out upfront and, if the intention was to exercise at some point, the 4DMedical SP needs to be more than $1.485 per share before they start profiting.
