No @goarmy, this is the Company doing what they said they would do in a timely and professional manner. As for "significant issues", one more for you mate:

If your not happy with how things are going then sell and bugger off.
Sorry but if you think the price is going down but do not sell out to buy in lower you either do not have any faith in your own ability to understand what is happening or you have a hidden agenda.
