A few quick comments... firstly, be aware this a preliminary report and they've ticked the box at the end that says it's not (yet) audited. So it's not quite right to say the numbers are "audited and released".
From earlier announcements: RSM's expected actual EBIT for 2016/17 is approximately $2.6 million including acquisition and transition costs on approximately $27 million of revenue. I'm also interested to understand the revenue vs segment revenue, and notwithstanding that, it's still only showing $508k revenue. Is this because JBL didn't fully own RSM until a certain date?
Regarding Kings, I think that was the only one but had mutiple trading names, Kings and Crown? It would be fascinating to know the story behind how/why they acquired it at the price they did.
Regarding AMEX, the proposal was only announced on 23rd June, so not surprising that there's nothing to report here.
