I've contacted them a bunch of times during the suspension and they will tell you SFA. They will offer you some vagaries about hoping to be trading again in the next few days, which when I've contacted them has turned into another announcement a day or so later with negative news or news of something thats lengthened the suspension. Other times I've called only for no one who could speak to me be available and advised that I'd get a call back which actually never came.
