I spoke with them just now (guy named Peter). Summary of what I was told:
* BDO valuation and IER of JBFG valuation still an ongoing process. They are very close.
* They want to ensure the NTA aligns with an EOFY KPMG audit which is also occurring in parallel, hence waiting for all data pionts before making an NTA announcment
* They hoped to make an NTA announcement 1st week of Oct, but this is looking more likely to be 2 wks late (that is, in 4 wks time from now)
* Comment was made that they could've made an announcement a month ago around NTA, but wanted all ducks lined up before doing so (BDO, IER, KPMG)
* YES - they've been trading in the background .. look to BHD performance as a guide
* An announcement should be announced today/monday around state of play
* Admission that they may have been over-zealous in some previous announcements, but never intentionally misled the market.
