This is a massive opportunity IF the story unfolds the way CCP say it will. $36M is a lot of borrowed money to throw at PDL's that are not yet at break even. In my view it's a high risk high reward option when you're using borrowed money. Why not throw the borrowed $36M at the lower risk "attractive one-off purchases"?
