at the present price, I agree also that the current price is to high for entry ....... its running at a PE = 12.5 which 0.5 over the av. pe for the last 3 years .......buying at what might be considered fair value today (ie pe= 12.0) builds in no safety margin as tomorrow's financial scenario is unknown ......... a pe of 10.0 to 10.5 is what I would consider a safe entry point, which brings me roughly in line with the gurus above ........
