• If those are 2 'cells' able to create a 'corona effect', what you are watching is an ozone generator.
• Lifetime of PCB (printed circuit board will be limited), I can not see the fans (therefore, volume threatment will be minimium (look at the size of the fan in your laptop or pc... that is what is represented here)
• No real necessity to open the side , if you can access the cells from the 2 ends.
• The button, easilly accesible... not functional for comercial application (have you seen a button in a Dyson hand dryer?)
