on 14th Feb ,2020 before the covid ,meltdown SP was 2.80 $. After that VIVA has acquired Plus fitness (July 2020), Acquires Pinacle (Feb 2021),Acquires FINFAST ( Feb 2020). have opened more stores and recently GROUND-UP (LINK) Have opened more clubs.However there was an adverse news related to discontent of the Plus Fitness Franchises.Taking into account all these above, ideally the SP should be higher let alone down 40%.Anyway is good to have a thread to share the knowledge , especially for a company which is under the radar.
