It’s not totally about the Towerjazz fab as such being open or not ( they are are essential to the economy and the military and were never really shut as they mentioned ). It’s about the additional wafers in the pipeline and testing methodology mentioned in the last progress update such metrological testing impact and how, where and when that takes place. Also at the end of the day Yuval and the AKP team will most definitely need to test in their own clean room for anything definitive.
