Bob I still maintain that the auto seller is Petra. Why. AKP has gone to them for capital before. If they think this is a winner, which they did when they provided capital last time, keeping the price down will allow them to get more when Fred and the gang need capital for mass production . (Fred confirmed this at the last AGM). If they let the stock jump now before the final results, imagine where it would be once the post results are out and they say systems are go. They drop a few thousand shares now to keep prices around $13 and hope to keep it cheap to unload when Fred needs cash again, hopefully offering them double or triple more than last time.
