Any day trader who has shares @ $13, can sell to a real buyer, and make money. And we might even see it on the depth. But a big chunk of the winnings has to be kicked upstairs, so he has less to get back in the market.
Very little stock available, so these guys have to sell, buy and resell, to control the price.
Soon, the real buyers will gradually control more of the stock, won't sell, and the SP will rise. As it should based on today's announcement.
What will totally destroy the day traders is an offer to purchase AKP from a serious player who understands the game changing significance involved.
