Technically you are correct.
But, the reality may have escaped you, as there are some 27 million shares on issue, and the top 20 plus the other 160 holders with more than 100,000 shares are not selling.
So, 40,000 is merely a fart in a bottle. Just provides a small income to a few day traders. Any substantial announcement will simply blow them alll away.
