    would like to take credit for the “buy on rumor, sell on fact theory” but it’s been around for yonks: hence it’s longevity. It’s only really relevant for short-term traders; here we look for the fundamentals to come into play like product/orders/revenue. Hopefully the tech sector does not deflate like 1999/2000 before deals can be actualised
