I think the unusually large sell order at $27.25 might be related to a single sell order from someone that is seeking to sell 135000 EOS shares at $4.24, perhaps a personal liquidity crisis. All up just over $1.07 million.
Both extraordinary sell orders for the respective companies and coincidently both 'Bart companies".
If the two orders have originated from same seller, that in my opinion would preclude bad news or development issues specific to AKP.
