"Subject to the performance specifications being met....."

2022 as I keep saying, but no one listens, business as usual.

However the interesting part is this:'

"TO THE EXTENT CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSES PERMIT", we intend to provide further insight as to "THE INDUSTRIES REACTION".

To me this says a couple of things:

1. We can see now why Fred needs to spend more time here at AKP, he needs to be all over those dealings with whoever they are going to supply, as AKP will be there very soon, and down to the business end of how they will operate this business.

2. Whoever they are working with, want to stay under the radar, and to that end, maybe AKP cant even disclose to shareholders the specifics of what the chip can do, or what Freds master plan is.

I think we are still a long way away from the complete chip but a hell of a lot closer on the business end of how the company is going to succeed commercially.

I expect another SP drop due to everyone getting ahead of themselves once again.
Could be some good buying maybe at that 26 to 27 level.
