I am a buyer at below $25.50. This stock trades in a curiously narrow range between $24 and $31. Jumps on an announcement and then slowly deflates with no follow up or endless announcements of no substance (interpreted as a delay).
Don't get me wrong, if commercial contracts are secured then the stock price will pole vault higher but there is a history of poor communications from management (who tightly hold the stock) that result in a comparatively narrow trading band.
A year ago it was around $25 and today it is a little above $26. Five years ago it was just below $24. As a general rule I don't trade stocks but AKP is my exception. The danger is not holding when a commercial deal is announced - but who knows when that might be?
