Yes. Very funny but very true too. I have worked for the government, for quasi government organisations, and yes, for private enterprise too. And I've worked on my own. Working for, within, and with any organisation shows just how difficult it is to get people to work together to achieve common aims despite the best efforts. Herding cats is the expression I think. Things always just take a lot longer than anybody would like. And its always some other bloke's shortcomings or delays that make it so. Until you realise that you are responsible for other people's gripes and problems as well.
