I could very easily be wrong here, but some of the tech represented by this patent, applied for in 2019, may not be the tech currently used. I recall seeing other patent application info that described the flexures as being actively actuated by piezoelectric components rather than passively by charging the membranes and electrodes. Getting this patent granted is a significant step forward however, and would provide a good patent basis for the further additional developments. As I say, I may not have all the facts correct, but that is what I have been using as a base for my own optimism for the tech.
