    This is a big call: "They are obviously having problems and are a long way from solving the problems" with seemingly only a lack of comms on which to base it. Feel free to share more if you have more but I think connecting a typical lack of comms with "obviously having problems" is a pretty big stretch...especially for someone with a "held" disclosure and a "buy sentiment.
