After 12 months of trying to address project issues and what they deem ongoing quality issues and major delays I can’t see how from the media statement anyone can say it’s an overreaction by the NZ government. It is more effort and larger cost removing a contractor than trying to find a solution. It is likely for legal reasons the NZ government has been more conservative in its criticism.

This is not a quick resolution problem and will drag on for quite a while.
