A Project refresh, clean out, review can take a long time for the changes to come to the surface and show positive signs of improvement and more so in this current market.

These guys may look like duck on the water but I am sure there is plenty going on under the surface. My opinion " a bit oversold I think" at current prices. I wonder what all the business would be worth if carved up?
