There have been two media articles on Redcape in the past two days. This one, which has the ultimate bear case:

"The events have left hospitality industry pillars struggling to understand the reasoning behind the obvious moves to liquidate RPF, and where the New York players will go from here."

Yuk. The sell-off started yersterday, possibly as a reaction to that article. Then we have another article in The Australian today- less bearish, I think, but we still got hammered:
