This statement by SGH is so confusing...
Anyone any idea what it means in simple English ?
Is this for existing shareholders to claim loss due t9 the total dilution of this company by 95%
Or is it only if you have “sold” shares prior to the dilution by AC
most of us here aren’t experienced investors but “hopeful” amateurs
Hoping to get some guidance from those on the forum who do clearly have a background in this area
I have never experienced anything like what has happened to my sgh holding and would appreciate someone explaining in plain English what this means and whether I should put in a claim.
I bought my shares shares (foolishly) because I believed the total rubbish and delusion communicated to shareholders by Andrew Grech John Skippen and other directors and board members...
