How Did you complete the form??
It’s very confusing and there seems no room to it all the transactions, let alone an address..
I have completed these on the MB site OK
Do I just add up all the totals (including any transactions fees) ??
Put moneys advanced in respect of syndicated facility in 2.
In dates do i just put dates betweeen “x” and “y” since there were several purchase instances (while I listened to, and believed the total delusion coming out of AG’s mouth !)
