My read was this scheme is to assist those who went into debt with a lender to buy shares and are left with a debt that is unpaid and likely to remain unpaid. So i dont think it applies to normal investors that used their own monies or super fund monies (like i did) to buy shares as we dont have a debt. Happy for someone to counter my first reading of the announcement and supporting forms.
