    If the YES vote wins: the company has funding and continue but current shareholders will be stuffed.

    If the NO vote wins: the company has no funding and may feasibly be sent from the vuture pen to the bone-strippers yard.

    So assuming the YES vote wins, does anyone have any thoughts on an entry point (post-dilution of course)?
